Jesse is our oldest grandson now married(Amanda) and has presented us with a new Great-Granddaughter(Lauren Beth) in May 2008.

Since these pictures, which were taken the day after Christmas 2004, our family has gone through some major events. In February of 2005 grandson David Shaff (20) passed into eternity. In November of 2006 Dick also passed into eternity. In August of 2007 grandson Jesse was married to his lovely bride, Amanda. Then in the fall of 2007 brother of David, Tom (then 18) received a bone marrow transplant in Iowa City. His sister Mary, a perfect match, was his donor. BOTH ARE DOING WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC actually.

And from Karen: "There were numerous members of our Class of 58 that prayed for our family and me during these times. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all who stood with us/me in thoughts and prayers. I can not imagine living a life without my Faith in God, Friends and Family.
